This is a good started project or a good parts kit - Add your favorite Chevy engine and you got it - Probably not for the beginner but if your ready to start building some not quite out of the box, this could be a good place to start. To be honest I bought this one just like this because the wheels intrigued me. The
ideas and things you can do with these are infinite with a little imagination and a little time.
