It tastes every day. Juicy beef braised in a sauce of onions, bay leaves and thyme.
You inspire your whole family with the KNORR Fix products. The popular seasoning base guarantees authentic and varied dishes.
Cooking Guide:
Add fresh: 500 g beef, game or lamb (e.g. from the leg)
Preparation:
1) Fry the meat in 1 tablespoon of oil all around.
2) Add 500 ml of water, bring to the boil and stir in the contents of the bag.
3) Cover and cook over low heat for approx. 1½ hours.
Turn the meat over halfway through the cooking time.
Pour in some water if necessary.
We recommend bread dumplings and savoy cabbage.
